Contracts Manager (m/f), Bhiwandi in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Your tasks:
- Draft and negotiate agreements and other documents such as client contracts, amendments, schedules, nondisclosure agreements and other standard legal documents such as forms and customer account applications
- Persuasively advocate for and effectively represent the company and its positions to third parties
- Act as subject matter expert providing contractual and business advice relating to contract terms and conditions
- Create or update and maintain forms, templates and other materials used to manage and document the company’s agreements, and used as drafting/negotiation tools
- Communicate contractual and business risks to senior/executive management for approval
Your skills:
- 1-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to remain calm, focused and friendly, even under stress
- Highly organized, efficient, and able toprioritize and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and personable presence, with ability to effectively interact with a diverse blend of personality types
